We'll repair, replace, or refund your purchase if it fails due to a fault in construction or materials within its lifetime. We stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship, so if something goes wrong we'll do our best to put it right. That's our Peace of Mind promise.

How to make a claim

Email us at info@vertura.co.uk and tell us what has gone wrong. We will send you a free returns label. Once we have the item back we will repair it, replace it, or refund you in full including any delivery charges.

The legal bit

This is a limited lifetime warranty. The original purchase is covered for the reasonable lifetime of the product, given normal use. The warranty excludes regular wear and tear, accidental damage or that caused by misuse or modification, or improper care.

It sits alongside your statutory rights rather than replacing them, and it does not affect your right to return an unwanted item within 30 days. Those are covered on the returns page.
