Refund policy
We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Unwanted items must be unworn, with original tags attached (if applicable), and in a saleable condition. Please use the original packaging if possible.
Please contact us at info@vertura.co.uk to initiate a return. Do not send returns to our business address as we are currently unable to receive parcels there.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged (see below), you’ll need to cover the cost of the return postage.
Once we receive and have checked your item, we will confirm if the return has been approved. We will then refund the payment account (minus any delivery charges) within 14 days.
Please note that we will not refund any delivery charges, and if your return reduces your order value below the free delivery threshold we will deduct the cost of delivery from the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, we will create a returns label for you free of charge, and, upon receipt of your product, we will send you a replacement or refund you in full (including any delivery charges).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
