Returns

We know that sometimes you'll need to return an item, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

 

Returns:

We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Unwanted items must be unworn, with original tags attached (if applicable), and in a saleable condition. Please use the original packaging if possible.

Please contact us at info@vertura.co.uk to initiate a return. Do not send returns to our business address as we are currently unable to receive parcels there.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged (see below), you’ll need to cover the cost of the return postage.

Once we receive your item, we will refund the payment account (minus any delivery charges) within 14 days. We’ll let you know when we receive your return and have processed payment.

Please note that we will not refund any delivery charges, and if your return reduces your order value below the free delivery threshold we will deduct the cost of delivery from the refund. 

 

Damaged or faulty items

If you have received a damaged product, we will create a returns label for you free of charge, and, upon receipt of your product, we will send you a replacement or refund you in full (including any delivery charges).
