Can I return an item?
Yes, we will accept unworn/unused items with original tags (if applicable) that are returned to us within 30 days from delivery, as long as they are in a saleable condition.
Do you do free returns?
We do not charge for returns but you will need to cover the cost of postage yourself. Please note that we will deduct the cost of any delivery postage from your refund amount.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us via info@vertura.co.uk to request the returns address. Please do not send returns to our business address as we are currently unable to receive parcels there. Once we receive your item, we will refund the payment account (minus any delivery charges) within 14 days. We’ll let you know when we have received your return and have processed payment.
My item arrived faulty/damaged, what now?
We’re sorry to hear that! The good news is we offer a Peace of Mind Guarantee. Please get in touch via info@vertura.co.uk to let us know what is wrong and we will provide you with a free returns label. Once we receive the item, we will either repair, send you a replacement or refund your payment in full (including any delivery charges).
Can I return something in person?
Vertura is an online only brand; we don’t have a physical shop you can come to! If you need return an item, please contact us for the address.
It has been over 30 days but I am unhappy with my product, can you help?
We really don’t want you to be unhappy. Please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
