If you suffer from cold toes or Raynaud's, clever use of toe warmers can transform your experience outdoors in winter. Pop them in your footwear before you put them on for maximum effect. Essential for skiers and mountaineers, but equally helpful for any activity outdoors.

Activated by air, simply open and shake and after 5 minutes they will warm to around 40 degrees C and stay that way for around 8-10hours. The sticky backing helps hold them in place.

How to use

Open packet and expose warmers to the air. After 5mins they will reach approx. 40 degrees C. Place in a glove, pocket or footwear as appropriate and enjoy 8-10hrs of warmth.
